Heavy armor meta. Most builds can be swapped to heavy without much of a noticeable damage loss. For example I hit a 5k steadfast strike with heavy GS and had an 8k relentless rush hit fighting light players. Bolt caster and some general ele dmg seems to be bugged in that the PvP dmg reduction doesn't affect the bolt caster.
